I Am Uniquely Made

A name. A statement. A lifestyle.

I know you're probably wondering who or what is

'I Am Uniquely Made'.

Let me explain:

Firstly, I am Uniquely Made is my name in Christ.

A name is a word or set of words by which a person, place or thing is known or referred to.

This name was given to me during my transformation in God. God has a habit of changing some peoples names in the Bible. For example, Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah, Jacob to Israel and Simon to Peter. The name that God had given them had a deeper, more powerful meaning than their birth name. I've read, "The name given by God is the name that will lead us to God's promises. Through those names, God gave new beginnings, new hopes and new blessings." So yes, the world calls me Monique but God calls me Uniquely Made

Secondly, it is a statement.

A statement is defined as an expression of views or facts.

When people ask why I don't do certain things or why I do things a different way, I respond by saying, "Because I am Uniquely Made." Simple as that.  I was created to stand out, not fit in. I was born in this world but I do not have to be of it.

Lastly, it is a lifestyle.

A lifestyle is defined as the way in which a person or group lives.

There are 4 different roles that I fulfill on the daily basis in my life.

One, being a child of God. Two, being a wife. Third, being a mother and lastly being an individual. In these four areas of my life, the Glory of God should be seen. How I interact with people (ministry), my spouse (marriage), my children (motherhood) and myself (me) should be different than how the world responds/acts in those categories because the Spirit of God lives in me.

So I try my best to be kind and compassionate with others - like God treats me.

I try my best to respect, honor and submit to my husband - like I submit to God.

I try my best to be patient and show unconditional love to my children - like God shows me.

And I try to be a faithful and merciful person - like God is toward me.

After all, people are supposed to see Jesus in every aspect of my life. Our lives.

That is a unique way of living.

I live to bring Glory to God.

I pray you got to know me better!

Yours Faithfully,

                Uniquely Made
